Great until we ordered. Material instantly stained with very mild foam soap. Virtually no support since then. Disappointing sink because of this.

I only received 7 of the 9 samples I ordered.

I think the product is great and I received the samples but I ordered a training how to use it and installation and didn't receive an answer.

The original sink arrived damaged, and they asked me to pay for a replacement of the sinking If I wanted it to be originally what I ordered. After paying the difference and receiving the new sink, it retained water ring stains on the surface. The product was not sealed correctly by the Trueform and it ended up being a waste of money. I would never purchase a product from Trueform again. I reached out to management and they never provided a response for replacing the defective sink.
