Love the product and quality. Loss of stars due to shipping coordination. We were shipping to a jobsite. We were not told our product was ready, or that it had shipped. One morning a received a call from a frustrated driver who was sitting infront of the jobsite and no one was there to unload...

Once I made contact ,cust serv was great But I ordered two samples (Fri 1/5) and was told that wld take 3-5 business days to receive them .and wld be notified when they shipped As of today I have not received any notification that they were even shipped yet I am meeting w my client(I am an Interior Designer) tomorrow and was hoping to have the samples so we can go ahead w placing our order.Please let me know when i can expect these samples Thanks Eve Semel

charging $25 for samples is unreasonable
