Still waiting on order.

I wouldn’t have provided a review if I hadn’t been asked but because I was... shipping was horrible. I didn’t hear back for nearly two weeks from placing order and when I finally reached out to ask where the shipment was no one actually responded, I just simply got a shipping confirmation email an hour later like they had forgotten to ship pour my products until I reminded them. Also my translucent face powder cane without a case which is annoying. I ended up buying one at blue mercury but it wasnt clear when I ordered this was just in a plastic case. I love trish products so I am pleased with the actually quality of the items but I probably won’t ever order direct from the website again.

I ordered the lightest shade and it is so dark and has an olive tone. My skin is fair and it looks terrible on me. I wore the lightest shade in the discontinued BB cream that came in the silver container and thought this would work out. As a longtime Trish customer, I'm disappointed.

Awkward

I am really disappointed with this product. It doesn’t work as I expected. The reason why I bought this product because when I got a sample from Nordstrom and it worked so well. I can see different for just one pad. I thought i found a product that can help with my post acne marks but with one month in already, I still don’t see any different compare for just one pad from the sample. Sometime I wonder if the sample is stronger and better to trick people to buy it. I also found some of the pads are so dry. Very disappointing.
