24 hour Eye Shadow and Liner

The Crystal Gray Eye Shadow/Liner i ordered is faulty. The gold casing does not fit properly and the cap doesn't attach, it slips off. Therefore, the black wand falls out of the the gold case and no secure cap to cover it. I have had this same product for at least a year and my last one I was very pleased with. I also tried to return it in Atlanta and they said they couldn't exchange it. Please advise me on what to do with your product that is faulty. Virginia Bacon

Mobile shopping is too difficult from your site

I tried to browse your website but found it much too cumbersome and unwieldy. For example you were having a Christmas countdown promotion but when I looked at the item there was no way to differentiate between shade one and shade two. Was that only the difference in the eye base color? Who knows?! Your site won't tell me. Why would I spend over 125 usd on the unknown???

$100 eye cream that doesn't do anything

I have a huge complaint over the retinol eye cream. After spending over 100 bucks on it i would expect a little difference in my skin. But not even little change after religiously applying every night for more than 2 weeks. Very disappointed. Can't even get any money back.
