I’ve lost 1 stone in menopause!
I’ve tried so hard eating healthily, going to the gym 4 times a week, walking my dogs daily and still only lost the odd pound after weeks. Then I saw an ad for Trimbella, I was skeptical that it might work (I also have PCOS), but feeling desparate to shift the menopause pounds and feel good for summer I have given this a go. I blend with ice and almond milk and although it’s not super sweet and chocolate I enjoy this every day for breakfast and lunch. I actually look forward to it now. And over the last 6 weeks I’ve lost a stone! It’s a consistent weight loss and I am so delighted I cannot tell you, I was beginning to think I would never shift the pounds. The added bonus are the vitamins, fibre and minerals. I feel great and will continue to add these to my daily diet on maintenance.
