I love this product because after trying multiple brands I haven’t experienced bloating or cramps with this one, also recieving the added benefits of vitamins. I find I have more energy, it tastes yummy!! No horrible after taste. I suffer with endometriosis and PCOS so can flare from a lot of the ingredients in shakes on the market but I have had no issues with this at all so thankful to have found them 🥰♥️
