I wish there was an explanation for why my order was cancelled. Why am I being solicited for a review when you cancelled my order?

I found what I wanted, on your website and ordered it. A few days later I was told it wasn't in stock, but I notice it's still on the website. Very misleading...

I didn't use your service because I didn't feel I was being listened to. I had emailed Paul twice about info and pictures of trees. At first I was told that the emails that I had sent did not answer his questions and that I didn't even send pics. When I questioned and said that a lot of the answers he needed were in the emails and that I had sent pics. He finally admitted to getting the pics but something about your server couldn't read them. He did not admit that the answers to most of the questions were in the emails. I gave up after that because I don't have the time to repeat emails. Too bad because I thought your product looked good.

I am appalled by your disgraceful business practices. I bought a product and you linked my credit card, my name and my email address without my permission. I will ensure that I never buy your products again and will advise others to avoid your underhand practices.

Took my money for something that was not in stock and will never be .Call first to make sure it's in stock or buy elswhere,I will not be placing any orders with them again.
