I called with questions about products I purchased. Gentleman said he was not qualified to answer my questions rold and that people who could could not talk because they Are so busy and said they would respond quickly to email and that would be best method of communication. One week has passed no response, as my tree becomes worse I wait. Absolutely unacceptable. If they are so busy they can't have a one or two day turnaround on email then they obviously need to hire more people and:or get people who care. I won't buy from this company again.

Tree help decided without notifying me that they could substitute one item that I ordered for another item. This is the second time this happened and I will not be returning. Their response was identical in both cases, which leads me to believe that they do this on a regular basis

I tried to buy seeds! You are charging a postal fee of $6.99 to ship a packet of seeds that cost $6.00. thats nuts!!
