Oder was not shipped not shipped by express. Therefore item did not arrive on time. Still waiting on delivery.

Very slow to respond. Waiting for them to come in yet I keep getting asked about the order I only started but stopped when I realized the lures were not available as yet.

It's been a week and my order hasn't shipped or if it has no notice/tracking info has been sent. Sent inquiry through website and was told all products I ordered were not in Stock. I would have liked this info at the time of order as it would have effected my decision on what to order.

The above order has been Cancelled and Refunded WITHOUT an word of explanation...I found it both very strange and disappointing.

Would not ship to Canada. Did not advise why nor asked if we had licence to buy. Still have not credited or Visa account for product not shipped
