Received notice that one of my products ordered was not shipped. No explanation. Was the main reason I made the order. To make matters worse, with the exchange rate on the refund, I lost money.

I was glad that you were able to modify my order promptly, but I am not happy about the soil drill. The soil drill was bent out of shape only after 7 holes, so now it is useless. Now I need to find a different tool to make the holes. Hopefully the treatment will work, Thanks!

Oder was not shipped not shipped by express. Therefore item did not arrive on time. Still waiting on delivery.

Very slow to respond. Waiting for them to come in yet I keep getting asked about the order I only started but stopped when I realized the lures were not available as yet.
