Too soon to tell what I think. The order has not be received yet

I placed an order on November 7th, and haven`t heard a word about it since.

Received notice that one of my products ordered was not shipped. No explanation. Was the main reason I made the order. To make matters worse, with the exchange rate on the refund, I lost money.

I was glad that you were able to modify my order promptly, but I am not happy about the soil drill. The soil drill was bent out of shape only after 7 holes, so now it is useless. Now I need to find a different tool to make the holes. Hopefully the treatment will work, Thanks!
