Out of stock and still offering for sale

I ordered 2 Flip Top Sack Nyger feeders several days ago now, and was told that these were no longer available. However I notice that you still have them for sale - no indication that they are out of stock. The remaining part of my order was delivered in a day - excellent.

I haven't rec'd response on a request for refund

I ordered several items for the first time and one of them was not satisfactory, the Bird Feeder. I wrote the reason I wanted to return it, and have heard nothing from you. I did this at least a week ago. If you haven't rec'd the request for refund, please let me know so I can send it again. Your website does not have a specific menu for returns, only contact information which has an email to send to you, which I did. Thanks, Mary-Joan Smyth

Bad communication of correct information

Recently I ordered 3 “three” tree injection kits, but when the package arrived it had only one kit in it and the address on the box was incorrect. I contacted customer service who advised me to contact someone in the company directly which I did. The person there told me that they were sorry about the mix up and they would send I out the other two boxes. I told them the correct address which they repeated to me and they said it would be corrected. When I received the two boxes today they were first delivered to the store same incorrect address again! I am very disappointed with your company’s ability to convey information to the person responsible for shipping merchandise.
