I haven't rec'd response on a request for refund
I ordered several items for the first time and one of them was not satisfactory, the Bird Feeder. I wrote the reason I wanted to return it, and have heard nothing from you. I did this at least a week ago. If you haven't rec'd the request for refund, please let me know so I can send it again. Your website does not have a specific menu for returns, only contact information which has an email to send to you, which I did. Thanks, Mary-Joan Smyth
