When ordering bulk items, the cost of shipping is just OK ... When ordering just 1 item (e.g., FALL fertilizer), the shipping nearly doubles the price.

Have purchased yearly fertilizer "packages" twice now. However, when it cam time to buy FALL specific fertilizer, the cost of shipping almost doubled the price ... so I declined. Next year I'll try to remember to buy the FALL product at the same time as the yearly (Spring) fertilizer.

I live amongst lots of Palm Trees near Palm Springs. I have been struggling to support my Queen Palm. Recently I discovered your company and ordered fertilizer spikes. However, I have learned that the soil needs to be acid to be able to take up the fertilizer. The soil here is very alkaline. If you advertise fertilizer for Palm Trees you should also have available a treatment if the soil is acid. Sulfur is the quickest method as long as the soil is healthy. Therefore you should include the option in your Annual Care Kits for Palms to have a soil PH reducer which is needed in this area.
