This is the second time I have ordered and both time my order was destroyed in the mail. However both times the company was nice about shipping again. No worries from tree help

Like the professional handling of our trees. We are hoping the Ash Borer problem will be taken care of in the next couple of treatments for our two Ash trees. We are also hopeful that the River Birch tree will accept the treatment you provide this spring. We were a bit disappointed that the River Birch wasn't treated this fall as was recommended.

My delivery was on time. There was a little confusion about the included items because of an old instruction manual. I contacted customer support and got quick response.
