This is the first time I’m using my TravelPro carry on and it already has a broken zipper. I used it as a check in bag and when I received it from baggage claim, it was broken

The shipping, the packaging and the order were fine. I was disappointed with the product. The zippers were a little difficult to use and I am concerned about how well it will hold up over time .

Too expensive and no pre paid return in the event the luggage either did not work or meet expensive

Disappointed that the cost of returning the suitcase I bought was 2x the cost of the suitcase.

The luggage is fine. The customer service and return policy is abysmal. It was 46.00 to return something that did not work out for me. Will not be buying from here again
