This was a gift for my granddaughter who will be traveling next spring

Helpful, easy to maneuver layout. Thoroughly please with luggage choice. Package was in great condition, arrived on time.

Shipping was reasonably fast, and the suitcase arrived in good order. However, I already gave my new suitcase away to Goodwill after using it on just one trip. The case had no hand grip on the bottom, making it very difficult to lift into a car (you had to grab a wheel instead). I used to be a loyal Atlantic fan, but I will no longer buy Atlantic brand because of this.

The outlet was good to work with. Selection is limited which is to be expected. Prices were very good and shipping was fast. The piece we purchased will be returned. No defects, just wasn't adequate for our needs. Photos didn't really depict details which if we had seen we wouldn't have purchased.

I tried to return an item, but I don't believe that I have received any response for return. I am a bit surprised.
