Wouldn’t pull with my steel chuck drills from dewalt

the product initially seemed great, spent $5000 and added the extended warranty service. However within 8 months the unit was defective and failed. Trailer Valets refused to honor the warranty and charged me close to 50% of the original purchase price to repair it. Not happy about it.

XL couldn’t push my 4,500lb trailer into place. I ended up lifting the tongue and pushing it into place manually. If you have an incline, bits of gravel, or excessive dust the tires will struggle to do the job.

12 week delivery was unacceptable but I couldn't do anything about it.
