Not very good and way to expensive!

Terrible customer service reps. Do not recommend this company at all. Waste of money.

On the shipping page I had the option of standard delivery or I could have it delivered sooner (May 4th) for and extra $50. I selected the option to get it sooner and an extra $50. Michael with CS refused to ship it in time to arrive May 4th and instead shipped it standard which didn’t arrive until May 6th. I feel I am due a $50 refund for the extra I paid for shipping.

I just about ruined my back trying to move our small cargo trailer with the XL. It ricked and jolted so often, plus it would not handle the slightest incline without skidded.

Not Trailer Valet’s issue. UPS apparently “lost” the package so I didn’t receive it.
