Terrible experience

My packages came in damaged and I sent photo proof but have not received a refund or replacement in over a week. Very disappointing, was looking forward to this product

Horrible, customer service is a joke and the products smell like mildew. Absolutely disgusting

I would like to know what can be done for my defective bags.
