The clear pocket on the front is smaller than described, off by 1/4” on the width and height, therefore the cards that were made do not fit!

We have been ordering from the tote bag factory for the past four years and have never had a problem. Until this year. The bags this year did not come with a little silicon bead bags. I think the beads must help absorb odor because all of the tote bags this year smelled like mold and mildew. The bags were also damp.

I loved these bags, but sadly, my last order of them will be my last order. I understand that sellers have to pass on tariffs in the form of price increases, but tote bag factory repeatedly reminded customers that prices would increase on Monday Sept. 1 and then they actually increased them on Sunday 8/31 (as I was still filling my cart to get a large order in before the price increases). I wrote to them -- with screenshots-- on Sunday to show that the system seems to be jumping the gun with the significant price jumps and they responded right away to say that they will NOT honor the prices through Sept. 1 as they had promised. This is INCREDIBLY dishonest and, even if I would have paid the new prices, I will not do business with a dishonest company.

Poor quality and awful customer service.

Bags were fine but they shorted my order 11 bags and are refusing to do anything about it.
