Not worth the price

I was incredibly disappointed in this bag. Although the printing on it turned out fine, it’s a cloth bag that (only finding out after I washed it) is not washable. When you wash the bag, in wrinkles up so much that you can’t even read the branding and is incredibly awkward. I connected with customer service and they said they wouldn’t do anything about it. There is no notation on the specs page that says it’s not washable, despite it being a cloth bag, which seems very negligent and misrepresentative. Will not order from this company again.

I was disappointed in this process. It started out strong, with a proof that looked great. In the 'fine print' they basically disclose if they don't do a good job, you are out of luck. That is unacceptable. All the bags except 2, were lovely. I asked the company to send me two replacements and they refused. Since they do not guarantee the quality of their work, you are paying for items that will not be usable. I would not recommend this company for screen printing.

Experience wasn’t so great

Bags had to be rinsed for tie dying and shrunk TWO INCHES from all seams!!!
