Im very excited when I receive but when I open I see untrim and some sewing not good 😢

We placed a large order of embroidered tote bags intended for client-facing use, and unfortunately, the final product fell well below expectations. A significant number of the bags had noticeable stitching inconsistencies, including uneven embroidery, loose threads, and poor overall finishing straight out of the box. This raised concerns not only about appearance but also long-term durability. What was most disappointing was the response from the company. Despite providing clear photos and outlining that the products were not suitable for their intended use, the issue was dismissed as being within “industry standards,” and no meaningful resolution was offered beyond a minimal discount. For orders of this size and purpose, consistency and quality control are critical. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend requesting physical samples and carefully considering alternative suppliers before committing to a bulk order.

not a good experience

I didn’t even receive my order. I was charged and then after reaching out to customer service they said they were out of stock? Still waiting for my refund. Do not buy from this store.

I have yet to receive the package.
