The GN25 had massive handle failures. 300 tote bags rejected by our client and into the trash. Beware

Poor service. Company refused to resolve issue with shipping. Never received the product. Unfortunate that such a large company does not take care of their customers.

Never received my package. Delivery has said it's on its way for weeks. Delivery updates also said it should have arrived the 10th of February and it's now the 20th. Just a little disappointed as i needed these for an event (that i will now have to give after the fact).
