The watch was delivered to an old address, signed for by someone and I’ve never seen it. I’ve had emails from Timex promising this wouldn’t happen, promising a refund, promising it would get to a depot and be sent back to Timex, but none of this happened. Please can I have my watch or a refund?!

Never again would I buy of Timex

I returned this watch for a refund as it was much cheaper elsewhere on line, about 4 weeks ago now, heard virtually nothing.
