Without hesitation the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Never seen the watch, despite ordering it a month ago. And yet you still have my payment in full. Disgusted.

Unwearable due to fiddly strap.

Watch smashed on the floor after accidental drop. Not very durable for “expedition” watch. Timex quotes £70 to repair a £70 watch. Would not buy again.
