Terrible warranty terms. 1 month is a complete joke

do not buy online left watch outside neighbours house despite being a signed for delivery, response from Timex is appalling given that they were given photographic evidence that it was not delivered to me. still waiting for a response 2 weeks later despite them promising to get back to me in 24-48 hours

Watch didn’t work

Absolutely awful company. Terrible customer service. Took 2 weeks to arrive on a supposedly overnight delivery. Unable to set the digital watch as no instructions provided. The website suggested by TIMEX on the box was classed as unsafe by APPLE and wouldn’t allow me to access it. Watch returned.

Fast shipping shocking after sales defective functions & a bezel that doesn’t rotate DON’T waste you money on a company that is a EX as timex is !!
