Took a while to ship and was a Spanish watch !!!

The strap came apart after trying the watch on. I returned the watch to Timex requesting a replacement and received no communicatiuon whatsoever other than a note from Paypal to advise that i’d been refunded. Dreadful customer experience.

Never received the item. Even thought we can clearly see on GPS tracking from courier that it has been delivered to wrong place there were no problem solving yet after 3 weeks !! Please come back to me with solution !!

Waited three weeks just to be sent the wrong watch!!!
