Terrible service

Timex is not doing so well. One Ironman watch has 3 feature failures after 9 months of purchase. A second fashion watch arrived direct from Timex with a broken time knob and the inability to keep time. The later was sent back and we are being told we won't get the $15 shipping fee refunded even though its Timex's fault.

Very disappointed by the service.

Never got my watch that I paid for. Totally scammed.
