Already had an IRONMAN watch, original resin strap broke

I did not receive my order, it started being shipped to me and was cancelled without my permission. I’m heartbroken that I did not receive my order as that item is not longer in stock.

Last time I shop there

The watch took forever to arrive and customer service never replied to my inquiry (it’s been a month).
