PACKAGE LOST BY UPS AND THREADSY REFUSED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT
You never really know a person//company until a problem arises. I have been waiting weeks for my shirts only to discover that apparently UPS has lost the package. Threadsy says that they will not send a replacement. Instead they want me to buy the shirts again and pay for them again... and then IF/WHEN UPS resolves the issue they will refund my first purchase. If I owned this business, I would fire some employees immediately and make this situation right with the customer (ME). This is absolutely unacceptable substandard bordering on fraudulent business practice. You have been warned!
