Apparently this company does not give refunds for returned items. Stay away.

A hassle

Ordered two hoodies and only received one. This is the second time this has happened. Very unhappy and willing to never shop here again.

Customer service is non existent, they haven’t responded to any emails I sent.

I've spent thousands on orders from Threadsy. This is the 1st time I've had to use Customer Service. It was some of thee worst. The entitled young woman I dealt with.. is the reason I'll never be back. Mistakes happen. I get that. But she was beyond awful. Customer Service is not her forte. The shirts I can get at a dozen other websites.
