It made my hair so rough (more than before) in even one usage. I got shocked and disappointed

Sadly I did not recieve my order…

Not happy with my purchase. A bottle of misting spray had leaked all over the travel bag and its contents. It looked like something I had won in a raffle. It was a birthday present for my daughter so very disappointed. Did receive a replacement misting spray which didn’t make any difference as the bag and its contents were a mess.

Order made 13. 4 25. But as of 25. 4. 25 it has not arrived so can’t give a review other than disappointing service

Shampoo makes the hair and scalp very very dry. Hair is so dry that you can’t run your fingers through it and it feels like there is a residue left even though there isn’t. There’s no shine to the hair as a result and hair is not soft to touch, feels harsh. I feel like I’ve wasted my money on an expensive product.
