Shampoo makes the hair and scalp very very dry. Hair is so dry that you can’t run your fingers through it and it feels like there is a residue left even though there isn’t. There’s no shine to the hair as a result and hair is not soft to touch, feels harsh. I feel like I’ve wasted my money on an expensive product.

Paid 30 something pounds for a spray. Never arrived and can’t get in contact with either DPD or Ouai. Save your money.

I still have not received my order and am unable to find out from the delivery company where it is

I did not like the smell of the product I received It was expensive and now I cannot use it as I do not like the smell I am very disappointed with this product.

I’m really disappointed with this product. It’s left my hair dry and brittle despite it being expensive. I don’t make a lot of money but wanted to try this as I have a sensitive scalp and it really wasn’t worth it
