I have tried to unsubscribe from your torrent of marketing emails 3 times, I’ve emailed customer service who promised me that I wouldn’t receive emails & again today I get this email from you ! Please delete me from all of your communication , otherwise I will take further action.

I haven’t my order, I haven’t answer for my question, I don’t know were my products are.

I ve used it twice. I don't feel my hair is refreshed and The smell is unpleasant to me.

My first order with them - ordered 6 items (2 packs) in travel size to test them to see if i liked them so excited to try them only to be disappointed. 2 of the items i tried were terrible - made my hair greasy (Rose oil) and wave spray didnt impress in the slightest. Contacted to return them and was told i would need to pay for returns. They did reimburse me for the goods which is a plus but couldnt believe how terrible the products were. I didnt even try the other products as the first 2 disappointed so much... just my opinion. Will defintely not use Ouai again and will stick with Bumble and Bumble

Had no response from customer service regarding delivery which took 7 days to dispatch . Would not use again.
