Not good quality at alll

I have thick long hair and ouai hair oil makes my hair dry at the ends, but it smells good, I have tried rose hair and body oil that makes my hair even more dry and frizzy. I have to comb it ten times a day but they are still frizzy

Contacted ouai to report dpd never delivered it through the customer service and no one ever replied to me and today almost 3 weeks after I was charged for the product's I got a refund email. Clearly no one checks or replies to requests. Outings should not bill customers until product is actually delivered like other brands.

Never received what I ordered. Packaging was torn open and contents removed. Still waiting on a response as to next steps.

I love OUAI products especially the scent however very disappointed weigh the detox shampoo which irritated my scalp so badly that I had to stop using it. A waste of money sadly :-(
