You sent me a notice I had a credit on account from a returned item! I sent in an order to use the credit and you charged me the full amount of the order. I have advised my credit card company I will not pay the charge. Don’t send me any more catalogs! Don’t care for the way you treat customers!!!!

I couldn’t wait to get my pretty green jacket and it took two weeks before it came. I opened the package and put it on and right away I noticed the tightness around my arms inside the sleeves. It was not going to work for me at all. The sleeves were cut and sewn much too narrow. I was very disappointed and had to return it. The description had said it had generous size but obliviously not for me. Getting credit for the return is very slow too and they make you remember to call them to apply any credits for ant future purchases.

I was very disappointed in the quality of a dress I recently ordered. The catalog photographs are always great and leave you with a comfortable feeling when you order your merchandise. The black dress with a white accent line up the front was sewn so poorly it looked like it would not tolerate one machine washing, as recommended. I would not recommend this item to anyone. The photography in your catalog is wonderful; it's your merchandise that needs to be upgraded. I've tried to order items from The Look catalog twice and was disappointed both times. I HATE to return merchandise, however, I had no choice with my last order.

the blouse was not like the picture I order samall and it was whey to big
