I sent it back for an exchange and haven’t heard a word back.

Have been the same size for many years. Ordered several items. Every single piece runs too small through the shoulders. Never had that problem before.

I was sent two of the same item for whatever reason! I used the return label to send one back and was told I wouldn't be charged the $7.95 to ship it back. I have yet to see the refund and since mailboxes now only have that letter slot in them, I was unable to just drop the package in a mailbox and had to drive aways to my post office just to send it back to them.

The jacket I ordered had threads hanging off it. It cost $100. No way. I am a seamstress. I made my own
