Order and shipping great, but product did not work for me.

Product was just ok, but you guys never sent confirmation on delivery. You disappeared after accepting the order and issuing next steps.

Product delivered a little earlier than expected, but the product itself isn't all that great for the purchase price. Didn't provide much lubrication, and I got an infection right after using it. Not buying again,

Ordered my yoga mat since 11/16/22 and it’s now 12/3/22 still have not receive my order. Emailed them, zero reply!!!
