Should have ordered elsewhere
It’s been 3 weeks and my order still has not arrived. I emailed twice trying to get information on where my item was and why it hadn’t shipped, with no response. I actually went to my credit card company planning to cancel the order, thinking this company might have been a fraud. I found a phone number for the company listed on the transaction, and decided to call and see if I could get an update. The phone number was actually the CEO’s phone, and he told me he would look into the issue for why it hadn’t shipped. Apparently the problem was with their supplier, and I finally got shipping confirmation a couple days ago. I’m glad I finally got through to the CEO to figure out the delay, but this was unacceptable service. I would have preferred to know ahead of time if something is out of stock and there’s problems with a supplier. It’s extremely unprofessional that I received no response to my inquiries and would have continued on with zero contact had I not stumbled upon the CEO’s phone number.
