My hair started falling out due to menopause and the night sweat was just awful. Once I started using Hormone Helper, I have seen a definite improvement. My hair is growing back and the night sweat has diminished. I am not a huge fan of the taste, but it can be overlooked since it's effective.

Ordering and shipping was easy. The only thing I will say is tracking does not work. But, I am just so thankful to have received my products.

I purchased the lush locks, shampoo and conditioner to help with hair loss I’ve been experiencing due to perimenopause. I have only used it a few times now due to the super strong smell. The smell isn’t horrible but it’s not my preference, so I don’t like to use the shampoo and conditioner on a regular basis. I’m not sure yet if these products will actually help me. I wish there was a fragrance free option!

I read Dr. Taz's hormone book and loved it. I ordered several of her products with my first order. I had an issue with one, and had questions about return/refund/replacement. I have sent 2 emails and left a voicemail. After a week, I've had no response from EastWest customer service. This is concerning to me. I have since turned off all of my autoships. I won't keep buying from a company selling something I put in my body if I can't get a response to my questions, no matter what they are about.
