Absent Customer Service
I read Dr. Taz's hormone book and loved it. I ordered several of her products with my first order. I had an issue with one, and had questions about return/refund/replacement. I have sent 2 emails and left a voicemail. After a week, I've had no response from EastWest customer service. This is concerning to me. I have since turned off all of my autoships. I won't keep buying from a company selling something I put in my body if I can't get a response to my questions, no matter what they are about.
