I tried the Boost, Belly Fix and Hormone helper. I bought these products based on reviews hoping for help with hot flashes and sleep. For me the Hormone Helper did reduce hot flashes but did not help with sleeping through the night. The Belly Fix did not work at all that I could tell a difference. However the Boost was interesting. I was extremely sleepy and slept through out the night while taking it and surprisingly I lost 5 pounds at the ending of taking it. Since I stopped taking it I regained the 5lbs.I will buy again to see if the weight loss was a one time fluke.

When I purchased this item, I was not anticipating a flavor. Unfortunately, the only flavor I can taste is stevia. It has a very artificial taste. It ruins every smoothie I have and in order to tolerate the drink I have to put in as much kefir and other tarte flavored items as possible. I would love to have the belly fix powder made without the stevia. If you think it needs sweetener just list on the packaging to add x amount for 8oz of water or what ever. If I was choosing a sweetener this would not be the choice I would make because it tastes awful.

Product claim’s relaxation and better sleep. Did neither. Contacted the company about a return, no response.
