UNBELIEVABLE Customer service. Absolutely above and beyond any expectations. I have been ordering charms for my great nieces since they were born so 18 years now. This year I posted them off and the package was emptied in the mail. Tongue in cheek I asked if The Charm Works would give me a discount on the repeat order and they replaced them for free. Absolutely NOT their fault but they still exceeded any reasonable expectations.
