I am always happy with the quality of the product and the service I receive from Charm Works, but this year was especially great. Due to a glitch on the website, more letters were being offered for engraving than could actually fit onto the tag we had chosen for our newborn granddaughter's first charm. Sarah (one of the jewellers) contacted me and made a few suggestions for how this could be resolved. There was such a personal touch to her communication that I felt I was chatting to a friend! And when the bracelet came, it is just gorgeous.
