I had ordered some tea from Tea Kitchen and it was fast shipping and excellent tea for reasonable price. I had decided to order a second time, but unfortunately the tea I wanted was back ordered. The Tea Kitchen offered a refund without me having to ask for it. I think that is very nice customer service. The tea I wanted may have been out of stock, but I will keep an eye on their webpage and order from them again in the future.
