Good service great teas

Was not the quality I exspected. Very disappointing

I paid for three business day UPS shipping. The problem is that the Tea Kitchen didn’t give it to UPS until 9 days after I placed the order. UPS did their part and delivered in 2 business days, but the special occasion had passed long before they received it, so the value was lost.

Again, communication and tracking are nonexistent. I finally received and email requesting feedback for a product that was never delivered.

Never rcvd tea set, nor a response to my previous negative review. The least you could do is give me a refund
