There are a few options to order Handy products, from other online stores, but going from the source has always been the best for me. I ordered a "him" and "hers" selection of products while there was a fantastic sale which has consistently lighten my wallet Website is arranged efficiently with common addons for the main products sold. Delivery was quick , packaging was discreet I will continue ordering here. The only potential negative would involve the lack of sign-in for the website. There could be a privacy reason, but the only record of ordering is sent via email. While you get the initial order, and shipping email there is no other way to check on an order if you deleted your email without contacting support.

Got a fast response and it was clear and the person offered to answer any follow up questions. Therefore I got great customer service. Delivery I can't say yet but if it is as usual delivery happened fast when I got the mail and everything got delivered in perfect condition.
