I’ve been using the Handy 2 Pro and overall I’ve been very happy with it. The power is good, the battery life lasts a long time, and it’s very simple to use and easy to clean, which are all big pluses. One suggestion I would make for a future upgrade would be adding a small handle or grip area on one side of the unit. I think that would make it more comfortable and easier to hold during longer sessions. The main reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it definitely benefits from extra lubrication, especially at higher speeds or during longer use. That may partly be user learning curve, because over time you figure out the right speeds and setup that work best, but it’s something worth mentioning for new users. Another recommendation would be including a small dust cover for the charging port. I actually added one myself because if your hands have any moisture or lubricant on them while holding the device, it seems smart to protect the charging port when it’s not in use. I’d definitely recommend users use a dust plug to keep the charging port protected. I also want to give the company credit for their customer service and warranty support. My first unit stopped charging after about a month. After I sent them a video showing the issue, they replaced it without any hassle. The replacement unit has been working perfectly so far and charging properly. Their warranty support was excellent, and I’d honestly give them 5 stars for how they handled the situation. Overall, I’d rate the product around 4. 5 stars if that were an option. Good performance, easy to use, and very solid customer support.
