Very high level information

I thought the execution of the conference went well, however I was hoping for more tactical information from both the speakers and break out sessions. It seemed like the information was very very high level trends without the opportunity to really work shop creative solutions.

travel time

Hi, Have you considered making the conference Tue/Wed instead of Mon/Tue? Traveling on a Sunday for work ruins the weekend. Also, 8am is an early start for an east coast conference for people who fly from the west coast.

A few great presentations, a few not-so-great presentations

I attended as part of a vendor team, but I mostly went to sit in on the sessions and learn. I felt like a few of the sessions were interesting, new information, and engaging speakers, but for the most part (with the exception of the Neighborhood Goods one) the panels fell flat. I didn't really get great takeways from those, and the seated format made the whole thing a little sleepy. I also felt like there could have been more participant engagement in asking questions throughout, and there really wasn't. Also -- can't we have a 5 minute break in between speakers? Even to switch rooms, stretch, bathroom, chat with our tablemates about what we just heard?
