Always nicer to actually visit a shop. Lovely staff, chatty, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Always love shopping at The Body Shop, ethical ingredients, reusable and recyclable packaging, beautiful products.

Always pleasant service from the staff in my local store, ( McArthur Glen outlet), who are knowledgeable about the products and happy to answer any queries.

Lovely shop assistant, so helpful, she couldn't do enough. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name

I love the Body Shop shower gels. and body butters. They are always bringing out new fragrances which are always lovely. I end up buying so many of them that I have run out of room to store them all.
