So pleased we have Body Shop in the Lexicon. The staff are brilliant and offer help if you need it but never bother you when you just want to look

Always nicer to actually visit a shop. Lovely staff, chatty, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Always love shopping at The Body Shop, ethical ingredients, reusable and recyclable packaging, beautiful products.

Always pleasant service from the staff in my local store, ( McArthur Glen outlet), who are knowledgeable about the products and happy to answer any queries.

Lovely shop assistant, so helpful, she couldn't do enough. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name
