v bad experience

Took 8 months to receive product and was disappointed with it. Would like to refund but it’s a hassle.

Shipping was fairly prompt. Return a little quirky but manageable.

The constant delays in shipping were awful, and I was never contacted first. I always had to reach out to hear the latest excuse. And I was never offered even a token compensation for the 7 month delay.
