Shipping was fairly prompt. Return a little quirky but manageable.

The constant delays in shipping were awful, and I was never contacted first. I always had to reach out to hear the latest excuse. And I was never offered even a token compensation for the 7 month delay.

Glad you asked. This was a HUGE disappointment. After waiting MONTHS to get this and all the hype, then trying it out it's one of the biggest fails. I primarily wanted this for a phone/GPS holder for my car. I can't get it to stick to anything. Yes....I followed the directions (which by the way are so small that it makes it very hard to read). It was a waste of my time and money. The only nice thing I can say is that it came in a very nice box.

Delay was so long I totally forgot I ordered product. Then when phone arrived and holder wouldn’t stretch to accommodate “max” size iPhones, I reached out - crickets!
