Poor service on shipping and communication as the issue arose

USPS can't ship if they don't receive the product in the first place. What do you plan to do to compensate me for Order # 39464 placed Aug 31 and still not received on Sept 16?

Ordered in April, still hasn't arrived

It shouldn’t take almost a month to ship something. If it’s a pre-order, tell people that. Don’t sell items that you don’t have in stock. That’s simply dishonest.
